On arrival day your room will be ready from 3 p.m.
In case you arrive later than 6 p.m. we kindly ask you to send us a short message or give us a call: +43 (0)5446 3710 901
An earlier arrival is possible, you may store your luggage at our Hotel - but a parking in our nearby garage before 3 pm is subject to availability.

Arrival by car: Please note that our Hotel is located in the pedestrian zone. A few days before your arrival we will send you an E-Mail with information on how to drive to our Hotel. 

Arrival by train
We recommend you to arrive by train, the train station is located within a 3 minutes walk of our Hotel.
You find all train connections on: www.oebb.at - at least every 2h arrives a "fast train" in St. Anton (station: St. Anton am Arlberg Bahnhof)

On your departure day please vacate the rooms by 10.30 a.m. 
You may store your luggage at our Hotel and we also offer you the possibility to take a shower in the afternoon before leaving.

We kindly ask for your understanding that we do not accept any pets at our Hotel.

Rates are per day and only valid for children who share a room with adults (2 full paying guests)

We accept cash, credit cards (VISA, MASTER/EURO) and EC-cards.

•  Junior Suite "Galzig", Junior Suite "Valluga" and SPA Suite minimum 2 full paying guests
• Alpen Suite with 2 sleeping rooms minimum 3 full paying guests
• Single occupancy is possible in all rooms - rates upon request

Our Hotel is a non-smoking Hotel. You are allowed to smoke on the balconys.

To confirm your reservation we charge a deposit of 40% of the total amount (but minimum the price of one night).

By providing the credit card number and expiration date, it is irrevocably confirmed that the final invoice or any cancellation fees may be debited from this credit card. Unless another payment has taken place or another form of payment is agreed on.

Standard cancellation policy vaild for any bookings in winter: From 24h after reservation we charge 50,00 € administrative charge plus any cancellation fees. From 60 days before arrival we charge 50% of the total amount. From 42 days before arrival 70% and from 7 days before arrival 90%. For cancellations within 1 day before arrival, no-shows, delayed arrivals or earlier departures we charge 100% of the total amount.

Standard cancellation policy vaild for any bookings in summer: You can cancel your room free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
From 30 days before arrival we charge 50% of the total amount. From 14 days before arrival 75% and from 7 days before arrival 90%.
For cancellations within 1 day before arrival, no-shows, delayed arrivals or earlier departures we charge 100% of the total amount

We recommend you to take out a travel cancellation insurance.
