We cherish both the adventure and tranquility that our breathtaking natural surroundings provide.
The Arlberg is a paradise we are fortunate to call home, and it is our heartfelt mission
to do everything in our power to preserve and protect this extraordinary place
We are delighted that sustainability matters to you as well.
Let us show you the steps we take as a hotel, and how, together with you, we can make a positive impact
on our environment, our holiday destination, and our shared sanctuary.
All of our waste, including from hotel rooms, is sorted and recycled. We strive to minimize the use of single-use products wherever possible. Paper and plastic bags are always reused.
We are proud to partner with EWA, which supplies electricity generated entirely from renewable sources through its three hydropower plants—Moosbach, Rosanna, and Kartell—located in our community
Our modern heating system runs on pellets supplied by Arlbergpellets. This guarantees that the untreated spruce wood used for the pellets comes from within a 100 km radius.
A charging station for electric cars is conveniently located near the hotel. E-bikes can be charged free of charge at the hotel. In St. Anton, you can recharge using energy sourced from 100% hydropower.
Our eggs come from happy free-range chickens raised by Mario Matt in Pettneu. All egg dishes are freshly prepared to order, ensuring that none of these valuable products are wasted.
Our carefully curated gourmet breakfast buffet is designed to meet the preferences of our guests. We serve smaller quantities and replenish frequently to reduce waste. Additionally, we avoid using individually packaged items at the buffet
We pride ourselves on using fresh, regional products:
cheese and butter from alpine meadows
Free-range eggs from nearby villages
Honey from local beekeepers
bread from the village bakery
homemade jams and pastries
When available, we purchase organic fruits and vegetables from local suppliers. Our guests particularly enjoy our premium organic teas from BioTeaque.
Our rooms are cleaned daily for your comfort. However, if you opt out of daily cleaning, we’ll thank you with a € 5 voucher.
You decide when and how often your linens are changed. We will only replace towels if you leave them on the bathroom floor. Reusing towels helps reduce the environmental impact.
Please bring your own bath slippers. Should you forget, slippers are available at reception for € 2.50.
The spring water in St. Anton is of exceptional drinking quality. At our water station, you can refill your bottles with free ice-cold spring water, available still or sparkling. #noplastic
Our guests enjoy complimentary access to the pool and sauna area at arlberg-well.com, just a 3-minute walk away. A private wellness area for our six rooms would not be sustainable due to the high energy demands.
These are the foundations of our identity, guiding our values and actions. We are deeply connected to our homeland and proud of the rich cultural heritage that surrounds us.
St. Anton am Arlberg is served by express trains every two hours, providing seamless connections to the international rail network. Our hotel is just a 3-minute walk from the station.
The ski and hiking buses in the St. Anton am Arlberg holiday region are free for all guests. During your stay, feel free to leave your car in the garage as you explore the area.
