Terms & conditions

Arrival

Your room will be available from 3 p.m. Since we are a very small hotel we would be pleased if you can tell us your approximate arrival time in advance. Please contact us if you arrive later than 6 p.m. 

Departure

On your day of departure your room is available until 10.30 a.m. To make sure that you can also make the best out of the last day of your holiday, we offer you a baggage room and shower possibilities free of charge.

Dog owners

Out of consideration for other guests and allergy sufferers, we kindly ask for your understanding, that pets are not allowed in our rooms & suites.

Children rates

Children rates are only valid in the parents room with a minimum occupancy of 2 adults.

Credit cards

We accept VISA, MASTER/EURO, AMEX and MAESTRO cards.

Minimum occupancy

The minimum occupancy in our Junior Suite A and B and our SPA Suite is 2 persons.

4 Persons minimum in our Alpen Suite.

Non smokers - smokers

We kindly ask for your understanding that smoking is not allowed in any part of our hotel. Smoking is permitted on the balcony of your room.

Reservations

To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 40% of the total amount (minimum the cost of 1 night) is to be paid.

With the announcement of the credit card number u. expiration date is irrevocably confirmed that the final statement or any cancellation fees may be charged to the credit card provided no other payment method is agreed and there has been no other form of payment.

Cancellation policy

valid for any bookings during the winterseason 2020/2021: From 42 Days before arrival we charge 50% of the total amount. From 21 days before arrival 70% and from 7 days before arrival 90%. For cancellations within 1 day before arrival, no-shows, delayed arrivals or earlier departures we charge 100% of the total amount.

covid-19 - update of our cancellation policy

If there is a travel restriction from your country for St. Anton am Arlberg during the time of your reservation you can cancel your booking up to three days before your date of arrival free of charge. We will either refund you your deposit or you can use it for an alternate reservation.
In all the other cases, our usual cancellation policy applies. In order to avoid having to pay any cancellation fees, we recommend that you obtain Travel Cancellation Insurance.
